As promised in my previous blog post (The best school I have ever been to), you now get to know someone from Young Living Academy. In this post you will meet Andres, who is on 7th grade. We did a part of this interview in English without a translator, and the rest with the help of Andres’ English teacher Javier. Yes, I went to the Chongon city school for a year
How was it different from YLA?
There was no food and they only taught math and Spanish there
What is your favorite thing about YLA?
The school, trees, grass
Do you think YLA has changed your life somehow?
Yes, here I have learnt English
What would you like to do after high school?
Go to university and then work

I would buy things to poor people and give away books

I am so happy I got to have a chat with Andres. I love his idea of what he would do with a million dollars, and I think it’s just amazing what things children point out from the world (like the best thing about Young Living Academy being the trees and the grass! How true is that!). I wish the best for Andres and his class mates, who are a bunch of enthusiastic, energetic and fun kids! I love them!
